We want you to love your ripple⁺ pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in every style you choose from our collection.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the return or exchange process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn garments in their original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
